FAQs

What is a snail mail club?

Feed the Mail is a monthly snail-mail club that delivers a little creativity and joy to your mailbox. Think of it as a small monthly pause—something tangible to open, read, and enjoy.

It’s called “snail mail” because it celebrates the slower, more intentional pace of sending and receiving real mail—something
tangible, personal, and a little magical in a world that often feels too fast and too digital.

When will I receive my letter?

Feed the Mail envelopes are sent on the 15th of each month.

  • U.S. members: usually 3–8 days
  • International members: usually 2–6 weeks

Part of the charm of snail mail is the anticipation. But if something seems off, feel free to reach out and we’ll help track it down.

How do I cancel or change my address?

You can cancel or update your mailing address anytime by emailing feedthemail.info@gmail.com

To make changes for the current month’s mailing, please contact us before the 15th of the month. Requests received after the 15th will apply to the following month.

What if my letter doesn’t arrive?

If your Feed the Mail envelope doesn't show up, email feedthemail.info@gmail.com and we'll hlep make it right.

Occasionally, envelopes are delayed or returned to us by the postal service. If that happens we'll resend it when possible or work with you on the best next step.

A note about timing

💌 Sign up before the 15th: you’ll receive that month’s mailing.
💌 Sign up after the 15th: your first envelope will arrive the following month.

What countries do you ship to?

Feed the Mail ships to most countries worldwide, except locations restricted by USPS or U.S. sanctions.

International delivery times vary by destination and local postal service.

Is Feed the Mail a recurring subscription?

Yes. Feed the Mail is a monthly recurring subscription unless you choose a gift option or cancel.

Do I get the free e-cookbook right away?

Yes. As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive your free digital copy of 9 Recipes to Save Your Sanity.

Can I send Feed the Mail as a gift?

Yes. Gift subscription options are available if you’d like to send Feed the Mail to someone else.

What makes Feed the Mail special?

Feed the Mail offers something slower, more tangible, and more personal than most of what fills our screens.

It’s a small monthly moment of creativity and connection — something to open by hand, read slowly, and enjoy in real life.

What makes this different from a newsletter?

Most newsletters arrive in your inbox and disappear in the scroll.

Feed the Mail arrives in a real envelope — something you can hold onto, reread, pin to your wall, tuck into a cookbook, or share with a friend. It’s slower, more intentional, and a little more magical.

If you want, I can also make this version a little warmer and more poetic or a little more minimal and crisp depending on the tone of the rest of the site.
